Eat With A New Agenda
This habit is about conscious eating. The more you tune in to your food how it tastes, how you feel when you eat it and so on the more you will be able to learn to tell when you are full. If you daydream when you eat, it is difficult to connect with your body and tune in to the signs that say its had enough.
When you dont focus fully on what youre doing, you allow old habits and programming to take over. It is very important that you focus on the food youre eating and be consciously aware as you eat. It was a startling claim: Air pollution has no connection to asthma, Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul said on the Senate floor.
But Paul, and a chart he used to make his case against the health benefits of a new federal air pollution rule, relied on some creative sourcing and pseudoscience.
Paul’s chart was a graph showing air pollution declining in California as the number of people diagnosed with asthma rose. The chart attributed the data to a May 2003 paper by what was then called the California Department of Health Services. Full Post…

Teen Births Drop Again: The birth rate among Americans ages 15 to 19 years old fell 9% from the previous year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said. The WSJ reported that more effective sex-education programs along with a rough economy may help explain the continued decline.
Food Fight: The Obama Administration is gearing up for a fight with Congress over whether pizza should be considered a vegetable under rules for school lunches that get federal funding, the WSJ reports. Under current rules, pizza is considered a vegetable because of the tomato paste in the sauce.
