Next weekend thousands of fitness fans will flock to the Qwest Arena in downtown Boise, Idaho for the Bodybuilding.com Fit Expo. This is always a fun event and the best part of it, its FREE. This years expo will include Powerlifting, BMX and skateboarding, Cross Fit, Bench Press Competition, MMA, and the Fit Body Competition. You will have a chance to meet some of the top fitness personalities, models and get hooked up with supplement samples from a variety of companies. Meet athletes and models and learn about fitness and nutrition from renowned companies within the fitness and nutrition industry.

All you Saved By The Bell fans will get a chance to meet Slater, err Mario Lopez. Also leading the pack of fit celebs is Terry Crews.
